George Larson’s involvement with the Calgary commercial real estate market began in 1986 when he joined the company as the General Sales Manager after 22 years in banking, which included directing a western based financial institution as General Manager. In 1991, he took on the responsibilities of a Senior Negotiator, which he continues to carry out today. Between 2001 and 2011, he partnered with other Senior Negotiators to expand his market influence. He continues to work closely with the Barclay Street Real Estate investment sales team to ensure maximum added value is provided to his clients.
George’s areas of specialization have been the mid-size office and retail sectors. In this capacity, he has successfully represented, as exclusive agent, many of Canada’s leading private and institutional investors. He travels frequently to Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver to meet and service clients, he works with a qualified assistant, and he also attends ICSC events in Canada and the United States.
