Platinum Equities added to Barclay Street’s property management portfolio

Dennis Villeneuve, Vice President and General Manager of our property management division is pleased to announce that Barclay Street has recently been awarded management of the office portfolio of Platinum Equities Inc. The portfolio consists of 7 properties, adding close to 475,000 square feet to Barclay’s property management portfolio. “We are pleased that Platinum has shown confidence in our ability to provide effective and efficient property management services to their portfolio,” states Dennis.
